What we offer
P&S Machining and Fabrication has Powder Coated for our customers for over 20 years.
Parts are Prepared for treatment with our highly developed in-line pre-coating process, consisting of a 5-stage cleaning, iron phosphate etching, rinsing wash system, and processing in a dry off and cure oven.
Powder Coating represents approximately 85% of all painted finishes in the industrial market. More durable than liquid paint, the primary benefit of powder coating is the corrosion resistance properties it provides.
